There are many methods for positioning and fixing the inner and outer rings of rolling bearings. The following are some commonly used methods:
a) Use a shaft retaining ring embedded in the groove of the shaft, mainly used when the axial force is not large and the rotational speed is not high;
b) The shaft end ring is fastened with screws, which can be used to withstand large axial forces at high speeds. The screws should have anti-loosening measures;
c) Tighten with round nuts and stop washers, mainly used in situations where the rotation speed is high and the bearing is subjected to large axial force;
d) Use a tapered sleeve for positioning, a stop washer and a round nut to tighten, for bearings on the optical axis and with a tapered hole in the inner ring.

It is mainly used when the axial force is not large and the size of the bearing device needs to be reduced; the public account "Mechanical Engineering Wencui", a gas station for engineers!
f) Fasten with bearing end caps, used for various types of radial, thrust and radial thrust bearings with high rotation speed and large axial force;
g) Embed the elastic retaining ring for the shaft into the stop groove of the bearing outer ring and tighten it, which is used when it is inconvenient to have a shoulder on the housing;
h) Use threaded rings for fastening, which is used when the bearing speed is high and the axial force is large, and it is not suitable for fastening with bearing end caps.
