Door seals? Where to get and Difficulty level

I think I take better care of my door seals than I do of my paint! LOL
I use a few squirts of 303 Protectant on a corner of a rag at least once a week!
Even the 'under-door' seals as well.
Please keep us posted if you do a remove and replace.
