A: the products with small quantity, simple structure or ready-made materials can be delivered within 5 days at the earliest. In general, if the quantity is not large, the structure complexity is medium and the materials do not need to be sintered and customized, they will be delivered within 5-15 days. For some products that need to be sintered, the sintering cycle needs to be increased by 20-30 days. for the products with large order quantity, we will advise the customers to deliver the products in batches.

A: Generally speaking, we will provide products or services according to customers’ requirements and technical documents. Sometimes, if the product has some technical requirements that we cannot solve, we will propose and give the customer solutions. For some products without specified requirements, we will refer to the requirements of GB /T-F.

A: The product price is mainly composed of product processing difficulty, single order quantity, raw material price, tax and transportation fee. The forming method of precision (Advanced) ceramics is very different from that of traditional metals. Especially, the ceramic products sintered at high temperature have higher hardness and can only be processed by grinding, so the processing cost is higher than that of traditional metals.

A: after we sign the contract with the customer, the customer needs to pay 50% of the product price as the down payment within 2 days, and the remaining 50% will be paid before the delivery of the product.
